    The location was central, magnificent in a neighborhood. The staff was outstandingly accommodating and friendly, offered us wake up calls and ironing free of charge. Booked king room, that was provided with 2 windows.

    Their staff were very rude.

    Truly enjoyed our rooms with a huge bed. A fridge, iron and ironing board, and a work desk turned out to be good. This hotel was set in a central area really close to Freeport and Portland.

    We stayed here with our two little kids for a quick stopover and found the place modern and clean, a relief! Having a mini fridge in the room was super helpful for keeping snacks, and the convenient location made it easy to head out to the local attractions.

    My kids wished there were more breakfast options for them. Less carbs and more variety would be great!

    Great spot for family trips

    So we stayed here for 3 nights, and honestly, it surprised us! The room was clean and comfy, perfect for our family. Breakfast was simple but decent-bagels and yogurt hit the spot. The place had a bit of a rough vibe outside, but everything inside was good. Just wish the breakfast had more variety.
